Parq is planned around children who want to be outdoors and parents who would rather not worry about cars. A green podium keeps vehicles apart from people on foot, and a sky bridge links the four towers to the clubhouse, which sits at the centre of the site wrapped around the main pool. Around the central glade are a children's playground, cricket enclosures, a basketball court and outdoor fitness stations, with a mini cineplex and games rooms in the club for evenings. At 80 homes an acre on 5.6 acres, the 448 three- and four-bedroom homes make this a mid-density community, built by Keywest Eduinfra with Conscient managing the development. Sector 80 in New Gurugram, near the Aravallis, is still being built out, and with possession due by May 2031 Parq suits a family content to grow with the area.
