The Arbour asks one question of its buyers: which tower, which floor and which view, because every one of its 1,137 homes follows the same four-bedroom plan. That plan is generous where daily life happens, with a dining room about 19 ft long, a living room opening onto a deep deck, a master suite of about 14 by 19 ft with its own dressing room, and a study and utility room besides. ARCOP set the five towers as Y-shapes around a central core, so each wing reaches out for light and air, and the 38 and 39 storeys leave much of the 25-acre site to a central lawn and sports courts. The club is planned beside Towers A, B and C, which is why homes there, and those facing the inner greens, are usually asked about first. DLF has pre-certified the project at IGBC Platinum, the highest green rating. Sector 63 sits where Golf Course Extension Road meets the Southern Peripheral Road, and the neighbourhood is still filling in, so it suits a buyer who is happy to see the area grow up around the home.
