Godrej Sora has 244 homes in four towers on 3.6 acres in Sector 53, just off Golf Course Road: 58 three-bedroom homes of about 1,551 sq ft carpet, 178 four-bedroom homes of about 1,942 to 2,250 sq ft, and eight larger units, some duplex, of up to about 3,412 sq ft. Godrej Sora will appeal to a family that finds calm in restraint. The project follows the Japanese idea of Shibui, a quiet and unshowy kind of beauty, and it shows in a facade drawn from the Torii gate, a Shiki Clubhouse shaped like tiered roofs and an indoor pool modelled on an onsen. The towers are planned two homes to a core, so each lift lobby is shared with one neighbour, and balconies of about 50 ft run along the homes. Of the 244 homes, 178 are four-bedroom plans of about 1,940 to 2,250 sq ft carpet. The grounds are compact at about 68 homes an acre on 3.6 acres, and the clubhouse carries some of its leisure up onto the roof. Sector 53 sits just off Golf Course Road among established neighbourhoods, and Tata Projects is building the core and shell. With four-bedroom homes from Rs 11.80 Cr and possession due by September 2032, Sora is a design-led choice on a familiar road.
