DLF Privana South

Four homes to a floor, and less than 15% of the ground under buildings. Privana South was the first phase of DLF's 116-acre Privana township: 25.15 acres in Sectors 76 and 77 off the Southern Peripheral Road. Seven towers hold 1,099 four-bedroom apartments of about 2,136 sq ft carpet and 14 penthouses of about 3,562 sq ft, two crowning each tower. Possession is due by June 2031.

Life at Privana South is planned around the ground as much as the towers. Less than 15% of the 25.15-acre site sits under buildings, so more than 85% stays open, and at about 44 homes an acre it has more land per home than the North or West phases. Four homes share each floor, each a four-bedroom of about 2,136 sq ft carpet with a utility room and powder room, and two penthouses crown each of the seven towers. ARCOP designed the buildings with 3.4 m floor to floor and decks almost 10 ft deep, and ACC India is the contractor. As the opening phase of the 116-acre Privana township, it is due by June 2031, ahead of its neighbours, so its residents will settle in while the township around them takes shape. The whole phase sold in 72 hours in January 2024, so homes now change hands as resales. For a family wanting a full-size DLF four-bedroom with open ground around it, South is the phase planned for that.
