HB Design set the five 38-storey towers so that no two homes look directly into each other, which matters more than it sounds once the curtains can stay open all day. Every bedroom steps out onto a deck about 9 ft 9 in deep, so a morning can begin outside even thirty floors up. The homes follow the same four-bedroom plan as Privana South, about 2,136 sq ft carpet, while the ten penthouses get 4 m floor to floor against 3.4 m for the rest. With 795 homes on 12.57 acres this is a compact phase at about 63 homes an acre, yet roughly 80% of the ground is left open, and Thornton Tomasetti engineered the structure. DLF sold the phase within three days of its May 2024 launch, so homes here come up as resales. For a buyer drawn to the Privana township who values seclusion at home, West is a natural fit, with possession due by December 2031.
