Elan The Emperor

UHA London for architecture, SWA for landscape, HBA for interiors and Leighton Asia to build it. The first registered phase of Elan The Emperor is 580 apartments in five towers on 4.83 acres in Sector 106 on Dwarka Expressway, sold as 4 and 5 BHKs. Most homes are about 2,310 or 3,050 sq ft carpet, with 15 larger homes of about 3,690 and 5,040 sq ft. Possession is due by September 2032.

The Emperor is for a family that wants a large apartment and cares about who shaped it. Elan brought in UHA London for the architecture, SWA of California for the landscape, HBA of Singapore for the interiors and WET for the water features, with Leighton Asia building it. The homes are generous, about 2,310 or 3,050 sq ft carpet for the four- and five-bedrooms, with 15 larger residences of about 3,690 and 5,040 sq ft. At about 120 homes an acre the five towers carry their density upward, and the grounds go to a landscaped arrival, water features and an Olympic-sized pool. The phase sits within Elan’s 33.5-acre licensed land in Sector 106, shared with The Presidential, and Leighton’s contract covers 10 towers in all, so more phases are planned. Sector 106 on Dwarka Expressway is still being built out, and Elan is a young residential developer whose first project, The Presidential, stands in the same sector and is due five years earlier. That 2027 handover will show how Elan finishes a building well before this one is due in September 2032. It belongs with the large-format choices on Dwarka Expressway, for a family planning some years ahead.
