LHG's view
Godrej Verano is planned for a family that likes its weekends active and close to home. The theme is Miami resort living, and instead of a single clubhouse there are three, a Beach Club, a Racquet Club and a Business Club, so swimming, sport and work each have a place of their own. Phase 1 puts 628 homes in four towers on 9.65 acres, about 65 an acre, which keeps the open ground in proportion on a large site. Three-bedroom plans of about 1,180 to 1,450 sq ft carpet make up the bulk, with four-bedroom homes of up to about 2,100 sq ft and around eight five-bedroom homes at the top. Sector 63A is on Golf Course Extension Road, a corridor still being built out, so the neighbourhood will mature alongside the project through to handover by August 2033. At Rs 5.91 Cr for a three-bedroom home, Verano brings the Godrej name to the Golf Course side at a ticket size that suits a younger family moving up.
