M3M Golfestate

Seven of the eight blocks at M3M Golfestate are finished and lived in. The 56-acre estate in Sector 65, on Golf Course Extension Road, takes in Fairway East and West, Panorama Suites, Polo Suites, St. Andrews, SkySuites and Latitude, with Altitude still being built. Homes run from three- and four-bedroom apartments to the four- and five-bedroom St. Andrews residences, which M3M sizes at 6,171 to 6,550 sq ft.

M3M Golfestate is built around the game: its towers stand on a base raised three storeys, so the golf greens and driveways run on underneath and the landscape stays continuous from one block to the next. The 56-acre estate in Sector 65 is lived in now, with internal roads laid out for walking and cycling, double-height tower lobbies, and clubs, pools and a spa already in daily use. ARCOP designed the buildings, LERA of New York engineered them and L&T built the original residences. Homes vary by block, from three- and four-bedroom apartments to the St. Andrews residences of about 6,170 to 6,550 sq ft, where only two homes share a floor and each has a private foyer and two lifts of its own. Golf Course Road is about five minutes away, with Sohna Road a little further. Because nearly every home here is a resale, a buyer can stand in the actual apartment, see the light and meet the neighbours before deciding. For new construction inside the same gates, M3M Altitude is rising within the estate.
