DLF Privana North

Fifty storeys above the stilt, six times over. Privana North sets its towers on 17.7 acres in Sector 76, part of the 116-acre Privana township off the Southern Peripheral Road near NH-48. There are 1,152 four-bedroom apartments of about 2,236 sq ft carpet and 12 penthouses of about 4,847 sq ft. Possession is due by September 2034.

Privana North is about height, with very few neighbours on the landing. Each of the six 50-storey towers is split into two cores of two homes each, so the lift lobby opens to one other front door, and eight high-speed lifts keep the wait short. HB Design curved the towers so that homes face the central greens, the Aravallis or a 500 m reserved green belt rather than each other, and the master bedrooms are about a third larger than in the earlier Privana phases. Every home is a four-bedroom of about 2,236 sq ft carpet with three parking spaces, and the twelve penthouses run to about 4,847 sq ft. Small comforts are built into the towers themselves, from lobby cafés and lounges to dry cleaning, a grocery and first aid spread across the buildings. Arrival is along a 24 m landscaped road set back from the sector road, which keeps traffic noise at a distance. It suits a buyer who wants the newest and tallest of DLF's homes on the Southern Peripheral Road and is content to wait for them.
