CORRIDOR 01
Where Gurgaon's luxury market began.
DLF5 Golf Links took shape here around the DLF Golf & Country Club, beginning with The Aralias, handed over in 2007–08, and followed by The Magnolias and The Camellias. Twenty years on, the tree canopy has grown in, the clubs are part of daily life, and the families who bought early have largely stayed.
New homes on this road are few and closely held. Godrej, Experion and TREVOC are building here now, alongside a resale market in DLF's established towers. Families who choose Golf Course Road usually want a settled address and the certainty that comes with it.

CORRIDOR 02
The next chapter.
As Golf Course Road filled up, developers looked along the Extension Road for larger plots. M3M built its Golfestate here, Emaar its Marbella villas, Conscient and Hines their Elevate projects, and DLF made its entry with The Arbour in 2023.
The plots are larger and the towers taller, and much of the corridor is now lived in, so a buyer can see what it has become rather than imagine it.

CORRIDOR 03
Where Gurgaon meets the Aravallis.
The Southern Peripheral Road links Golf Course Extension Road with NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway. DLF's 116-acre Privana township in Sectors 76 and 77 anchors it, with three phases that sold out within days of launch, joined by Whiteland's The Aspen, Birla Pravaah and Trump Residences.
Upper floors here look south towards the Aravalli hills, and the newer sectors are still filling in, so families who buy now grow with the area.

CORRIDOR 04
The new west of the city.
The expressway runs from Dwarka in Delhi to NH-48, and the sectors along it are being built out now. Much of the city's newest large-format housing is here: Westin Residences by Whiteland, Elan's Presidential and Emperor, Max Estates' two estates in Sector 36A, Adani's The Marq, Emaar's Urban Ascent and Serenity Hills, and M3M's branded towers in the Smart City Delhi Airport township.
For families who travel often, the airport side of the city is the draw.

Golf and green, off NH-48.
The newer sectors off NH-48 sit close to the Aravallis. SOBHA's Aranya is inside the Karma Lakelands golf community, and Conscient's Parq is planned around a central glade near the hills.

Settled, central, still building.
Sohna Road runs south from the city's centre and has been lived in for years. New towers here include Elan The Statement, Experion's The Trillion and Shapoorji Pallonji's The Dualis in Sector 46, about a kilometre from Medanta.

Birla Arika in Sector 31 and Godrej Alira in Sector 39 bring new homes to central sectors off NH-48, where the roads, markets and hospitals are already part of daily life.

Gwal Pahari.
Adani's Lushlands sits at Gwal Pahari on the Gurgaon–Faridabad Road, along a forested ravine, at about 25 homes an acre.
