Homes are 3 and 4 BHKs of about 1,230 to 1,860 sq ft carpet, each with a utility room, plus six 2 BHKs of about 1,000 sq ft, sizes that suit a family moving up from a smaller apartment. At the January 2025 expressions of interest, prices ran from Rs 3.04 Cr to Rs 5.47 Cr plus GST. The project shares a licensed colony with Emaar's The 88, on a stretch of Dwarka Expressway that is still filling in. With possession due by November 2031, it sits among the steady, family-sized choices on the expressway.
