When you contact us. If you fill in an enquiry form, WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the details you give: your name, phone number, email, the residence you asked about and your message.
When you browse, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records which pages you visit and when you contact us, so we can understand which residences interest visitors and show relevant information on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you choose “Only essential”, it does not load. We do not collect payment details or government ID through this website.
To reply to your enquiry and advise you on homes that fit what you are looking for; to share price sheets, floor plans and documents you ask for; and, if you accepted cookies, to measure interest and show you relevant LHG information on Meta platforms. We do not sell your information or share it with developers or anyone else without your permission.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, and enquiry emails pass through Cloudflare and Google (Gmail). Meta processes Pixel data if you consent. These providers act under their own privacy terms and may process data outside India.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are advising you, and for up to three years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can change your cookie choice at any time: open cookie settings.
