Estate 360

Two of the six towers are for grandparents. Estate 360 is Max Estates' 11.8-acre project in Sector 36A, where Dwarka Expressway meets the Central Peripheral Road, and Antara, the Max Group's senior-care company, runs two of them. The other four hold 3 bedroom homes of about 1,404 sq ft carpet, 4 bedroom homes of about 1,899 sq ft and 16 penthouses of about 2,745 to 3,689 sq ft. Possession is due by August 2030.

LHG's view

Estate 360 is planned around three generations living on the same grounds. Two of its six towers are senior living homes run by Antara, so grandparents can keep a managed home of their own with a doctor on site while the rest of the family lives in the main towers. Gensler designed the estate in brick, terracotta and jaali, and cars are kept below ground, which leaves the surface to more than 700 trees, meadows and a serpentine lake. At about 73 homes an acre the towers rise high, which is how the plan keeps so much of the 11.8 acres open. A Sports Block with padel and a cricket pitch, and two clubs, The Hub and The Antara Club, give each generation a place of its own. Max Estates sold about Rs 4,100 Cr of homes within 30 days of the August 2024 launch, which says a good deal about the Max name. For a family planning a move around 2030, it is a well-founded choice on Dwarka Expressway.
