Hafeez Contractor set the five buildings around a central green and Belt Collins laid out the grounds, which have had more than a decade to grow in. DLF handed the homes over semi-finished, so each carries its owner's own fit-out and two apartments of the same size can feel quite different inside. Daily life also draws on DLF5 Golf Links services, from concierge to a doctor on call. December 2023 sales at about Rs 33 Cr for homes of about 6,500 sq ft place it among Golf Course Road's settled addresses, where value follows the building, the floor and how much of the course a home sees.
