The Trillion

Balconies of up to 540 sq ft are the detail that sets The Trillion apart. Experion is building 540 apartments in three towers on 5.5 acres in Sector 48, on Sohna Road: three-bedroom homes of about 1,535 sq ft carpet, four-bedroom homes of about 1,906 sq ft, and 24 homes of about 1,295 sq ft. Possession is due by December 2032.

Life at The Trillion is likely to be lived as much on the balcony as indoors. The three- and four-bedroom homes carry private balconies of about 480 to 540 sq ft, room enough for a dining table outdoors. Each of the three towers rises 45 storeys with roughly four homes to a floor and five lifts, and at about 98 homes an acre the plan builds upward to leave the ground open, with over 80 per cent of the site kept green around a Lake Forest landscape by One Landscape of Hong Kong. DPA of Singapore leads the design, and Tata Projects is the principal contractor, which gives a family comfort about how it will be built. A school drop-off gate and a three-storey clubhouse suggest a project planned around children and evenings at home. Sector 48 on Sohna Road is long settled, and at a launch band of Rs 6 to 8 Cr The Trillion brings an international design team to a family-sized home on Sohna Road.
