Finished homes you can walk through before you pay. Elevate, the first Conscient and Hines project, designed with Ricardo Bofill's studio, has 556 apartments over two phases on 8.92 acres in Sector 59, off Golf Course Extension Road. Most are three-bedrooms, some with a study, at about 1,159 to 1,432 sq ft carpet, with a larger type of about 1,801 sq ft carpet. Both phases were completed in 2025.

A family that would rather walk through a finished home than wait years for one to be built tends to start with Elevate. Both phases in Sector 59 were completed in 2025, so the 556 homes, the clubhouse and the grounds can be seen as they are. The bulk of the homes are three-bedrooms of about 1,159 to 1,432 sq ft carpet, some with a study, which tends to draw couples and smaller families at a similar stage of life. Ricardo Bofill's studio designed the project for Conscient and Hines, and the practical details show on a visit: cars drop off in the basement, and the basements themselves take in daylight. At about 62 homes an acre on 8.92 acres, the British-inspired clubhouse in three zones and The Arcade give residents somewhere to gather. Golf Course Extension Road around it is now well lived in. As a resale-led address with no construction left to come, it is a practical way into the corridor.
