The Aureva is for parents in their later years who want a large home of their own with medical help close at hand. It is built under Haryana's policy for retirement housing, and the whole tower is shaped around that, with accessible design throughout and a professionally run medical centre on site with emergency response. Each of the 172 homes has four bedrooms in about 2,349 sq ft carpet, private decks, a dormitory for staff and three parking spaces, room enough for visiting children and live-in help. At about 41 homes an acre in one 45-storey tower, the grounds stay open for gardens and a yoga pavilion, with an indoor pool, a spa, a library and a meditation centre in the club. DLF sold every home at launch in October 2026, at an average of about Rs 11.5 Cr, and a quarter of the buyers were NRIs. Next to The Arbour in Sector 63, with possession due by October 2033, it suits a family planning ahead for its elders.
