Samaris is for a buyer planning a few years ahead who wants a larger community without losing a sense of room. Three-bedroom plans run from about 1,600 to 1,840 sq ft carpet and four-bedroom plans from about 2,070 to 2,400 sq ft, with duplex penthouses of up to about 3,900 sq ft at the top. The arrival is along a 24 m tree-lined boulevard into a triple-height lobby, and a club list that stretches from a Pilates studio to champagne and cigar lounges says something about the evenings Godrej has in mind. Tata Projects is building the core and shell. With handover due by August 2033 and three-bedroom homes from Rs 9.84 Cr, Samaris suits a family willing to wait for a newer Golf Course Road address.
