Under constructionThe Paris couture house Elie Saab lends its design language to 336 apartments in Sector 111, inside the Smart City Delhi Airport township on Dwarka Expressway. All are four-bedroom homes in three towers on 2.75 acres, with about 1,822 to 2,192 sq ft carpet, private lift lobbies and dual master suites. Possession is due by February 2032.

These residences suit a buyer who travels often and wants coming home to feel as well handled as a good hotel. Every one of the 336 homes has four bedrooms with two master suites, about 1,820 to 2,190 sq ft carpet, reached through a private lift lobby, and the interiors follow the design language of the Paris couture house Elie Saab. The clubhouse runs to over 1.5 lakh sq ft, roughly 450 sq ft of club for every home, with a spa, a sports bar and fine dining. At about 122 homes an acre the three towers stand close together, inside the wider Smart City Delhi Airport township, where M3M has set aside a 170-acre district for branded residences. Sector 111 on Dwarka Expressway is a newer part of Gurugram, still taking shape, with Aerocity close by. Launch prices reported from about Rs 15 Cr place it with the branded homes on this corridor, for a buyer who values the name and the airport as much as the address.
